Sizes of stemmed flowers available: approx. 1.3m (shortest stem) to approx. 2.3m (tallest stem). Flowers are approximately 800mm - 1 metre in diameter.
Designs will vary depending on the scale and style of your event. Therefore, the following is a rough guide for pricing:

Custom purchase pieces larger than those listed above are priced and planned on a case-by-case basis with you, to suit a particular space or brief.
Product Nature
Each piece is handmade; minor variations in colour, size, and form are part of its character, not defects. Decorative use only; keep out of reach of children and pets.
Care & Longevity
Crepe paper is sensitive to sunlight and moisture. Avoid direct sunlight in windows.
Avoid damp/humid environments. Do not use water or cleaning products; dust gently with a feather duster.
Returns & Exchanges
Custom/handmade purchases are final sale. If damaged in transit, notify us within 5 business days with photos; replacement/refund at our discretion.
Liability & IP
Papercut Flowers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use/misuse. All designs, images, and methods remain our IP; no reproduction without written permission.
Logistics
By hiring handmade crepe-paper flowers from Papercut Flowers, the hirer agrees:
Hire Period
Standard hire: 24 hours from installation to pack-down (extensions by prior agreement).
Care of Flowers
Delicate, handmade artworks: handle with care.
Keep away from food/drink, children climbing, moisture/rain, strong wind, open flames/heat sources.
No pinning, stapling, taping, or alteration. Do not move items once installed (we will handle any repositioning).
Delivery, Installation & Pack-down
We deliver and install; we also pack down at the agreed time.
Fee for this depends on distance, access, and scale.
Relocation Service (Optional)
For example, ceremony → reception/photo booth moves by Papercut only.
Weather & Placement
Flowers are best displayed under cover in a sheltered position, for dining installations, signing boards, photo booths etc.
Not suitable for rain or strong wind. Outdoor setups must be sheltered and stable. If weather prevents safe display, we can relocate to an alternative wet-weather venue. You are responsible for providing a viable sheltered venue.
Damage, Loss & Liability
You are responsible for the items during the hire period.
Damage/loss charged $500 per bud or flower (repair/replacement at our discretion). Papercut Flowers is not liable for injury, accident, property damage, or consequential loss arising from misuse, interference, or unsafe venue conditions.
Booking, Deposit & Payment
50% deposit secures the booking; balance due 14 days prior to the event. Late/non-payment may result in the booking being forfeited at our discretion.
Cancellations
14+ days prior: full refund of amounts paid.
7–13 days prior: 50% refund.
<7 days: no refund.
Photography & Promotion
We may photograph the flowers in situ for our website, social media, and marketing.
We will not use identifiable images of people without express permission.
Intellectual Property
All designs, patterns, artwork, images, and methods remain the intellectual property of Papercut Flowers.
Hire does not grant permission to reproduce, copy, or commercially replicate our designs
